<p>This Privacy Policy explains how ReelCraft AI ("ReelCraft AI", "the App", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the App. This version is written for the current Android release of ReelCraft AI, operated by GENVY TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (Hong Kong).</p>
<p>By using ReelCraft AI, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.</p>
<h2>1. Information We Collect</h2>
<p>ReelCraft AI is designed to support AI video and image creation, AI outfit-change, AI model and audio generation, template browsing, generation history, and related app functions. The current release may collect or process the following information:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Anonymous guest session information:</strong> The App can create an anonymous guest session so you can use the App without manually registering an account. We may store an access token, user ID, basic user display information, credit balance, and membership state returned by our server, together with similar session information needed to operate your account features.</li>
<li><strong>Device and app information:</strong> We may process basic device and app information such as app package name, app version, operating system version, system language, and platform. The App also uses an app-generated device handle that is created from a random UUID, hashed, and stored locally on your device. This handle is not derived from hardware identifiers such as IMEI, MAC address, serial number, or Android advertising ID.</li>
<li><strong>Install attribution information:</strong> When the App is installed through Google Play, the system may deliver an install-referrer value, which the App stores locally for basic install-source attribution.</li>
<li><strong>Analytics and diagnostics information:</strong> The App uses Google's Firebase Analytics and Firebase Installations to collect anonymous usage and diagnostic information such as app events, session activity, an analytics App Instance ID, and a Firebase Installation ID. This information is used to understand feature usage and improve app stability, and is not linked to hardware identifiers such as IMEI, MAC address, or serial number.</li>
<li><strong>Prompts and creation settings:</strong> When you submit text-to-video, image-to-video, start/end-frame, multi-image-reference, text-to-image, image-to-image, outfit-change, AI model, template, or audio creation requests, we process your prompts, selected model, selected template, generation parameters, audio style selections, and task identifiers.</li>
<li><strong>User-selected media:</strong> When you choose to upload a photo, video, video frame, image, or other media for AI generation (for example a portrait for outfit-change or a reference image), the selected material is uploaded to our servers for processing. Camera captures and gallery selections are used only when you actively choose them.</li>
<li><strong>Audio input:</strong> If you choose to record a short audio clip (microphone capture) or to extract a short audio segment from a local video, the audio may be uploaded to our servers for AI generation, voiceover, or background-music processing. Recording occurs only after you choose the audio feature and grant microphone permission where required.</li>
<li><strong>Creation history and task status:</strong> We process task IDs, generated result records, generation status, favorites, viewed status, deletion requests, save markers, feedback, ratings, and report information so the App can show and manage your creation history.</li>
<li><strong>App activity required for functionality:</strong> We may process template browsing, search keywords, selected categories, daily credit claims, credit ledger records, referral codes, popup interaction records, version-check results, and similar app operation data.</li>
<li><strong>Support communications:</strong> If you contact us by email, we may process your email address and message content to respond to your request.</li>

<h2>2. Information We Do Not Collect</h2>
<p>The current Android release is focused on core creation features. It uses Google's Firebase Analytics and Firebase Installations for anonymous usage statistics and stability diagnostics, but does not include advertising tracking SDKs or cross-app advertising identifiers.</p>

<li>We do not collect contacts, SMS, call logs, precise or background location, or installed app lists.</li>
<li>We do not use recorded audio for voice recognition, speaker identification, or biometric analysis.</li>
<li>We do not use hardware identifiers (IMEI, IMSI, MAC address, serial number) to identify you.</li>
<li>We do not sell personal data and do not share personal data with advertising platforms for cross-app tracking.</li>

<h2>3. How We Use Information</h2>
<p>We use information only for app functionality, service operation, security, and user support, including to:</p>

<li>Create and maintain an anonymous guest session and your credit/membership state.</li>
<li>Submit AI generation tasks and process prompts, images, videos, and optional audio inputs.</li>
<li>Upload user-selected materials only when needed for the creation feature you choose.</li>
<li>Poll generation progress and notify you when a generation task is complete, if notifications are allowed.</li>
<li>Display templates, search results, discovery content, generation history, credit balance, and credit records.</li>
<li>Allow you to save, share, delete, favorite, rate, report, or provide feedback on generated results.</li>
<li>Operate credit rules such as daily credit claims, credit ledgers, and referral codes.</li>
<li>Check app version and service availability, and support in-app review and update prompts.</li>
<li>Prevent abuse, protect service security, and troubleshoot technical problems.</li>
<li>Respond to support requests sent by email.</li>
</ul>
<h2>4. Media, Audio, and Facial Information</h2>
<p>AI generation may require processing visual or audio materials that you choose to provide. If uploaded photos or videos contain faces, our systems or service providers may process facial features only to generate the requested image or video result, align effects, change outfits, animate photos, or improve the generated output.</p>

<li>Media and audio are uploaded only when you actively select or record them for a creation feature.</li>
<li>Uploaded materials and generated results may be temporarily stored on our servers or trusted service providers for processing, result delivery, history display, troubleshooting, and deletion/report handling.</li>
<li>We do not use facial information for identity verification, face recognition, biometric identification, or law enforcement identification.</li>
<li>We do not share facial information with advertising platforms.</li>

<h2>5. Permissions Used by the App</h2>
<p>The current Android release may request the following permissions:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Internet and network state:</strong> Used to connect to our servers, submit generation tasks, upload selected materials, load templates, check task progress, and retrieve generated results.</li>
<li><strong>Camera:</strong> Used only when you choose to take a photo as input for AI generation. The App does not access the camera in the background.</li>
<li><strong>Microphone:</strong> Used only when you choose to record a short audio clip for creative generation or voiceover. The App does not record audio in the background.</li>
<li><strong>Notifications (Android 13 and above):</strong> Used to notify you about generation progress or completion. You can deny or disable notifications without losing basic creation features.</li>
<li><strong>Foreground service (data sync):</strong> Used to keep generation progress updated while a video or image task is processing. It is not used for location, background camera access, background microphone recording, or tracking.</li>
<li><strong>Media and storage:</strong> Used to select input images and videos and to save generated results. On Android 9 and below, legacy storage permission may be used to save media to the gallery; on newer versions the App uses the system media access mechanism and media pickers.</li>
<li><strong>Vibration:</strong> Used for lightweight interaction feedback.</li>

<h2>6. Local Storage and Device Storage</h2>
<p>The App may store session data, profile snapshot data, the locally generated device handle, task queues, recent selected-media references, prompt history, install-referrer value, and app preferences on your device. User-selected photos copied for creation workflows may be stored in the App's private storage area. Generated results that you save are written to your gallery or selected sharing destination.</p>
<p>The App excludes sensitive preference data from Android backup and device transfer where supported.</p>
<h2>7. Third-Party Services</h2>
<p>The current release uses Google Play and Android platform services for app distribution, in-app review prompts, app update support, install-referrer delivery, Android permission handling, notifications, and media storage.</p>
<p>The App uses Google's Firebase Analytics and Firebase Installations services to collect anonymous usage and diagnostic data and to generate analytics identifiers. Your use of these Google services is subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.</p>
<p>The App also uses technical libraries for networking, image loading, media playback, image cropping, UI display, and file sharing. These libraries support app functionality and are not used by us for advertising tracking in the current release.</p>
<h2>8. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments</h2>
<p>The App presents subscription plans, credit packs, and related pricing within its paywall and recharge screens, and uses credits to operate AI creation features. Membership status, credit balances, daily credit claims, and referral rewards are maintained on the server side. Where paid purchases are made available, they are processed through Google Play's in-app billing system and are subject to Google Play's payment terms; we do not collect or store your full payment card details.</p>
<h2>9. Data Sharing</h2>
<p>We may share data only as needed to provide the App's features:</p>

<li>With our servers and trusted service providers that process AI generation requests, media uploads, generated results, storage, or app operations.</li>
<li>With Google, through Firebase Analytics and Firebase Installations for anonymous usage analytics and app stability diagnostics, and through Google Play for processing in-app purchases.</li>
<li>When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our legal rights, users, or service security.</li>

<p>We do not sell personal data and do not share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.</p>
<h2>10. Data Security</h2>
<p>We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including HTTPS transport, request payload sealing, and access controls. The App's release network security configuration disables cleartext traffic by default. However, no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.</p>
<h2>11. Data Retention and Deletion</h2>
<p>We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the App, maintain creation history, support session and credit operation, troubleshoot service issues, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.</p>
<p>You may delete generated items from the App where deletion is available. You may also request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us at the email address below. Some information may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup integrity.</p>
<h2>12. Children's Privacy</h2>
<p>ReelCraft AI is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.</p>
<h2>13. International Data Transfers</h2>
<p>Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country or region, including outside Hong Kong. We take appropriate steps designed to protect information wherever it is processed.</p>

<p>We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Updated Date" above. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the updated policy.</p>
